Manage your subscription and payments for the active workspace. Open Billing from your profile menu in the top-right corner. For available plans and a comparison of what’s included, see Plans and credits. The Billing page has two tabs.

Plan & credits

  • See your current plan and credits remaining, including when they reset.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
  • Purchase additional credits with the Add credits button (paid plans: Starter and Pro).
  • Use the currency selector in the top-right to choose whether you are billed in USD, EUR, or CZK.
  • Click Manage to update your payment method, view billing details, or cancel your subscription.
You can freely change your billing currency before you start a subscription. If you already have an active subscription, contact support and the team will switch it for you.

Change your plan

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You pay the full price of the new plan, get its full credits, and your billing period restarts.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Free to Starter or Pro: choose the plan on the Billing page.
  • Pro to Starter: schedule the switch in Billing, or choose Starter when you cancel Pro. Pro and its credits stay until the renewal date.
At renewal, Macaly checks the workspace. If it has more than 1 published app or more than 5 GiB of files, the switch is cancelled and Pro renews. This check never unpublishes or deletes anything. To undo a scheduled switch, click Keep Pro.

Cancelling and published apps

Free includes 1 published app. If you have more when your subscription ends (after cancelling, or after a failed payment), we email you first and give you time to choose which one stays. The others are unpublished. Your projects and data stay, and you can publish them again after upgrading, or once you’re within your plan’s limit. The email tells you the exact date. See Published apps over the limit.
The Hosting plan is no longer offered to new customers. If you are already on Hosting, you keep your plan, price, and features, and you can still manage or cancel it with Manage.

Usage

Billing and Settings → Usage & limits show your Cloud actions (Free plan), published apps, file storage, and the website traffic allowance. Traffic is an allowance only. It is not metered, enforced, or charged today. See Usage & limits.

Go to macaly.com/billing, click Manage on your current plan, then select Cancel subscription. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Macaly supports billing in USD, EUR, and CZK. Use the currency selector in the top-right of the Billing page to choose. Your selection sets the currency you are actually charged in, not just how prices are displayed.

Go to macaly.com/billing and click the Invoices tab. All past invoices are listed there and can be downloaded individually.
When you upgrade your plan, you are charged the full price of the new tier immediately, not just the difference. For example, upgrading from $25/month to $50/month charges $50 right away. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support. They can process a refund if credits from the upgraded tier have not yet been used.
Contact support as soon as possible. Refunds for accidental renewals are handled case by case. If you have not yet used the renewed credits, refunds are typically possible. Macaly’s refund policy is outlined in Section 7 of the Terms of Service at macaly.com/terms-of-service.
Yes. The Starter plan ($10/month, billed monthly) includes 1 published app on your own custom domain, no Macaly badge, and 1M credits per month. The domain purchase is charged separately. Starter does not include the GitHub integration.To switch from Pro to Starter, schedule the switch in Billing, or choose Starter when you cancel Pro. Pro and its credits stay until the renewal date. If you cancel Pro and return to the Free plan, your custom domain reverts to the default Macaly URL and the Made with Macaly badge reappears. To keep both, switch to the Starter plan ($10/month) instead. Schedule it in Billing, or choose Starter when cancelling your Pro plan.
