About
Two of us, one van
Luis started on his own in 2009 after twelve years with a heating firm in Pawtucket. Daniel joined him in 2019. One of us answers the phone, one of us comes to the door, and it is the same two people every time.

Questions owners ask
Whatever you already have: the link to your Google Maps listing, your Facebook page or your Instagram, the address of your old website, or a couple of sentences about what you do and where. Any one of those is enough for the agent to build the first version.
No. Before it loads anything from them, the agent tells you what it wants to load and the most credits that can use, and waits for your yes. It reads only what is public, and your listing, page and profile stay as they are.
Paste its address. If the agent can read the page, it takes your text, services and prices as the starting point for the new design. If it can't, it tells you, and you paste in the parts you want to keep.
It shouldn't. You ask for changes in plain words in the chat. On a computer you can also click any text or photo on the page and change it yourself, and that uses no credits.
Into your project's database. The request form saves each one with the name, the number, the job and the day that suits, and you read them in the Database tab. On a paid plan, the agent can also email you each new request.
Nobody can promise a position: where you show up is Google's call. Put the site's address in your Google listing, so the Website button there opens your services, prices and a way to book.
Yes, if you ask for it. Connect your own Stripe account and the site can take a deposit or a payment for a job, paid into your Stripe account. Macaly adds no fee; Stripe's usual fees apply.
You can build and publish without paying: create a free account and the site goes live on a free macaly.app address with a small Macaly badge. Loading your listing or pages uses some of the monthly credits every account gets. Your own domain needs a paid plan.
