A site from your Facebook page

Paste your page's link and Macaly builds a website from your posts, photos and page info that anyone can open without a Facebook account.

Public pages only. Your Facebook page stays as it is.

Coppice Lane FC is a made-up club. Its site was built from its Facebook page: the photos, this weekend's games and the news.

Your posts become news anyone can read

Without a Facebook account, people hit a login box after a scroll or two. The agent turns your recent posts into a news page with their photos and dates, open to anyone with the link.

The question you answer every week

A pub gets asked when the kitchen closes, a food van where it parks on Thursday, a salon what a cut costs. Today the answer is in a post from March. On your site it has a place of its own.

Questions page owners ask

Yes. Macaly only reads what the public can see on your page and makes no changes on Facebook. Keep posting as you do now. The site links back to your page, and you can add the site's address to your page's contact details.

Only what anyone can see without logging in: your page's name, details like the address, phone and opening hours if you filled them in, and your recent posts and photos. The agent shows you the most credits the load can use and waits for your yes. Nothing is loaded before that.

Not on its own. The site is built from your page as it is that day. When something new happens, tell the agent in a sentence or paste your new post into the chat, and it adds it to the site.

Some pages only open for people who are logged in, like pubs with an age limit. The agent skips anything that needs an account and tells you. Paste your page's text and a few posts into the chat, add some photos, and it builds the site from those.

Use the link to your page. Group posts sit behind a login, and an event is one date rather than your whole page. Tell the agent which events are coming up and it puts them on the site.

Into your project's database: one list with each person's name, how to reach them and what they need, which you read in Macaly. On a paid plan the agent can also email you each time a new message arrives.

No. You paste your link, sign in and watch the agent build the first version. You change it by writing what you want in plain words. On a computer you can also click any text or photo on the page and change it yourself.

You can build and publish without paying. Sign in or create a free account, and the site goes live on a free macaly.app address with a small Macaly badge. Loading your page uses credits, and the free plan comes with a monthly allowance. Your own domain needs a paid plan.

Yes, on a paid plan. Buy a domain inside Macaly or connect one you already own, and the secure connection is set up for you.
