A video portfolio from your YouTube

Paste your YouTube channel and Macaly builds a portfolio site with your reel at the top, your work sorted by kind of job and an enquiry form.

Your videos stay where they are, on YouTube or Vimeo.

Your work, sorted by the kind of job

A restaurant wants to see food and a band wants to see bands. The agent sorts your videos into the kinds of jobs you do, so a client finds theirs without scrolling past the rest.

A page for every job, and enquiries with a budget

When a restaurant asks if you've shot food, you send them that project's page: the player, two lines about the job, the credits and a few stills. The enquiry form asks for the kind of job, the date, the place and the budget, and saves each one in your project's database.

A page for sponsors

If you make videos for your own channel, the site can be its home: your videos, what the channel is about, and a page for brands with the numbers you choose to show and a form for deals.

Questions videographers ask

No. Your videos stay on YouTube or Vimeo and play on your site from there. Check that embedding is allowed for the videos you want shown; on both platforms it is, unless you switched it off.

Your public videos. The agent asks before it loads anything and shows the most credits it can use, and the site starts as a draft you change by chat before you publish.

Yes. Paste the Vimeo links into the video list, one per line, in the order you want them. Macaly doesn't read a whole Vimeo account, so add every piece you want on the site.

Not on their own. When you post something new, paste the link in the chat and say which kind of job it is. If you'd rather have your latest uploads appear automatically, connect your YouTube account in Macaly and ask for it; keeping the list current then uses your credits.

Every enquiry is saved in your project's database with the date, place and budget the client filled in. You read them in Macaly or on a private page the agent adds to your site. On a paid plan the agent can also email you each new one.

Yes. Ask for a private page behind a sign-in, with an email code, a password or Sign in with Google, and put the unlisted video link there. Only the people you let in can open that page.

Yes, with your own Stripe account. The client pays on your site and the money goes to your Stripe account. Macaly adds no fee; Stripe's usual fees apply.

You can build and publish without paying. Sign in or create a free account and the site goes live on a free macaly.app address. Loading your channel uses credits from your monthly allowance, and the agent tells you how many before it starts. Your own domain needs a paid plan.
