A QR code menu for every table

Upload your menu PDF, or paste the link or the text, and Macaly builds the page guests open from the code on their table.

Read in your browser, and the file comes with you when you sign in.

Prices stay as you wrote them. Nothing goes live until you publish.

A real code. Point your phone camera at it.

Corbett Street Café is a made-up café. Type your café's name into the form and it goes on the card and the menu.

Table cards you print once

Your first message to the agent asks for a print page: a card for every table with your menu's code on it, four to a sheet. Print them, fold them, stand them on the tables. Every change you publish opens from the same cards.

Twelve tables, three sheets. Type your café's name above and it goes on every card.

Specials and sold out

Mark what ran out without reprinting a card

The cardamom buns are usually gone by eleven. Tell the agent, publish, and the next table that scans sees them sold out. On a computer you can also change the line yourself, without using credits.

Guests hide what they can't eat

A guest with a nut allergy can check before they get to the counter. Each dish lists what's in it, in your words, and the agent only marks what you tell it, never a guess from a dish name.

Questions before you print the cards

The code on the card holds one web address. A guest points their phone camera at it and your menu opens in the phone's browser. You publish the menu once, print the code once, and change what is behind it whenever you need to.

No. The first message to the agent asks for a print page, so your site gets a page with the code on a table card, ready to print. If you already like another QR tool, use that: all the code has to hold is your menu's address.

No. The code holds the address, not the menu. Change a price or a dish, publish, and the same card opens the new version. Settle the address before you print a big batch, because a code always opens exactly the address it was made with.

Yes, under each dish, in the words or numbers your printed menu already uses, with a filter so guests can hide what they can't eat. The agent only marks what you tell it. It will not guess from a dish name whether something has nuts or gluten in it.

No. One page holds both, each in its own section, and you can ask for the one you are serving to come first. The same goes for a drinks list or the bar menu after six.

Yes. Sign in, start a project and attach the photo in the chat as a PNG or JPG. The agent builds the menu from what it can read in the photo, so check every price before you publish.

Not with this page. You get the menu, the specials and the table cards, and guests order the way they do today, at the counter or with your staff.

You can build the menu and publish it on a free macaly.app address without paying. The free plan covers one published site and shows a small Macaly badge on it. Your own domain needs a paid plan.
