Sign-ups that stop at the last seat

Tell the agent how many people fit in the hall and in each workshop. The form counts every sign-up, closes a session when it is full and keeps a waiting list after that, and a page only you can open shows who is coming.

Tickets

People buy tickets right on your page

If the day costs money, connect your own Stripe account and people pay on your site, with the money going to your Stripe account. Macaly adds no fee, and Stripe's usual fees apply. A free meetup keeps the plain sign-up form.

Questions organizers ask

Type the event's name into Macaly and sign in. The agent builds the site with the program, the speakers, the venue and a sign-up form, and you change it by chat until it reads right. Publishing puts it on a free macaly.app address you can share.

Yes. Tell the agent how many people can come, and how many fit in each workshop or session. The form counts the sign-ups, stops taking them at the limit and can keep a waiting list after that.

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and people pay on your page, with the money going to your account. Macaly adds no fee, and Stripe's usual processing fees apply. You can try the whole payment flow in test mode first; real payments start once Stripe has verified your account and the site is published.

Into your project's own database, where you can read and edit them and download a full backup as a ZIP file. You can also ask the agent for a page behind a login that lists everyone with the session they picked, and, on a paid plan, for an email to yourself each time someone signs up.

The page confirms each sign-up on screen straight away. Emails to the people who signed up are not built in. If you want them, connect your Gmail and the agent can send each person a reply from your own address. Each email it sends uses credits.

Yes. Copy the text of your page, with the program, the speakers, the venue and the prices, and paste it into the chat. The agent builds from what you paste. Macaly does not log in to those services or move the sign-ups you already have.

It stays at the same address. Attach the photos in the chat as PNG or JPG files, add the links to the slides and next year's date, and swap the ticket form for a short one that collects emails for the next event.

You can build and publish one without paying. With a free account the site goes live on a macaly.app address with a small Macaly badge, and the free plan includes one published site. Your own domain needs a paid plan.
