Why connect Zoom

What you need

  • A Zoom account. Create one for free at zoom.us
  • A Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan for meeting summaries, webinars, and parts of reporting

Connect Zoom to Macaly

Open Settings

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Macaly workspace.

Connect Zoom

Find the Zoom card in the list of apps and click the Connect button.

Authorize your account

A new window opens, where you’ll be asked to sign in to Zoom. Once you approve access, you’ll be redirected back to Macaly.

Use Zoom from the chat

Once connected, describe what you want and the agent handles the rest. Create a meeting when someone books: 
Build a booking page where clients pick a time and the agent
creates a Zoom meeting and shows them the join link.
Let visitors register for webinars: 
I'm building a webinar landing page. Pull my upcoming Zoom
webinars and let visitors register right from the page.
Manage meetings directly: 
Schedule a 30-minute Zoom meeting called "Team sync" for tomorrow
at 10am and give me the join link.

List my Zoom meetings this week and pull the recording links for
the ones that already happened.

What the agent can do in Zoom

Create, update, and cancel meetings, list webinars and register attendees, fetch cloud recordings and meeting summaries, pull participant lists and usage reports, and create and organize whiteboards.

Good to know

  • You connect once. Every project in your workspace reuses the same Zoom connection.
  • Some features need a paid Zoom plan. Meeting summaries, webinars, and parts of reporting require a Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan.
  • Your account, your control. The agent only acts when you ask it to. You can disconnect Zoom anytime from Settings → Integrations.
