Google Calendar is Google’s time-management and scheduling service for events, meetings, and reminders. Connect your account once and the agent can manage your schedule directly, or use your calendar to power booking pages and dashboards inside your project.
Available on all plans

Why connect Google Calendar

  • Turn your calendar into a booking page. Build a page where visitors pick an open slot from your calendar, and the agent creates the event the moment they book.
  • Show your schedule inside your project. Pull this week’s events into a team dashboard or agenda list, so everyone sees the same calendar without leaving your app.
  • Manage your schedule from the chat. Add events, check your availability, or find a free slot without opening Google Calendar.

What you need

  • A Google account with Google Calendar. Sign in at calendar.google.com if you don’t already have one.

Use Google Calendar from the chat

Once connected, describe what you want and the agent handles the rest. Turn bookings into calendar events:
Build a booking page where visitors pick a free slot from my
Google Calendar, and create the event when they book.
Show your schedule inside your project:
I'm building a team dashboard. Show this week's events from our
shared Google Calendar as an agenda list.
Manage your schedule directly:
Add a 30-minute "Design review" to my calendar tomorrow at 2pm
and invite jane@example.com.
What does my schedule look like next Tuesday, and when am I free
for a one-hour call that afternoon?

What the agent can do in Google Calendar

Create, update, reschedule, and remove events, including quick natural-language scheduling, check free and busy slots, search across your calendars, manage calendar settings, and control sharing access.

Good to know

  • You connect once. Every project in your workspace reuses the same Google Calendar connection.
  • Destructive actions ask first. Clearing a calendar or deleting events can’t be undone, so the agent confirms with you before doing it.
  • Your account, your control. The agent only acts when you ask it to. You can disconnect Google Calendar anytime from Settings → Integrations.
