Why connect HubSpot

  • Turn website activity into CRM records automatically. When someone submits a form on your site, the agent creates a contact in HubSpot and can open a support ticket or start a deal, no manual entry.
  • Show your pipeline inside your project. Build a dashboard that pulls your open deals from HubSpot, grouped by stage, with totals for each.
  • Manage your CRM from the chat. Update a contact, move a deal forward, or pull a report without opening HubSpot.

  • Some marketing and reporting features depend on your HubSpot subscription tier

Connect HubSpot to Macaly

Open Settings

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Macaly workspace.

Connect HubSpot

Find the HubSpot card in the list of apps and click the Connect button.

Authorize your account

A new window opens, where you’ll be asked to sign in to HubSpot. Once you approve access, you’ll be redirected back to Macaly.

Use HubSpot from the chat

Once connected, describe what you want and the agent handles the rest. Turn form submissions into CRM records:
Build a contact form on my site. When someone submits it, create
a contact in HubSpot and open a ticket for the support team.
Show your pipeline inside your project:
Make a dashboard that pulls my open deals from HubSpot and shows
them grouped by pipeline stage with the total value of each.
Manage records directly:
Add these new sign-ups as contacts in HubSpot and put each one
into a deal in the "New leads" stage.
Find every contact in HubSpot from the "Acme" company and update
their lifecycle stage to "Customer".

What the agent can do in HubSpot

Create, update, search, and merge contacts and companies, manage deals and support tickets, create marketing emails and link them to campaigns, build and update audience lists, and pull campaign and CRM reports.

  • You connect once. Every project in your workspace reuses the same HubSpot connection.
  • Some features depend on your HubSpot plan. Marketing and reporting tools vary by subscription, so a few actions may need a paid HubSpot plan.
  • Your account, your control. The agent only acts when you ask it to. You can disconnect HubSpot anytime from Settings → Integrations.
