Introducing Macaly on WhatsApp
Macaly's agent now works inside WhatsApp. Create projects, make quick edits, and publish, all from the app you already have open.
Macaly

Most of the updates you make to your website are small. Adding a new dish to the menu, setting up a sale in your store, swapping the photo on your homepage. None of it takes more than a few minutes. The hassle is everything around it: opening your laptop, logging in, finding your project, writing a prompt, publishing the change.
When you run a small business, you're always on the go. Before you even get around to these updates, you've often forgotten about them. The result? The menu is outdated, the sale goes live late, and your website slowly stops reflecting what your business actually does.
That's why we connected Macaly to WhatsApp. Starting today, it's available to everyone.
One message is all it takes
You can now add Macaly's agent to your WhatsApp contacts and message it like a teammate who, on the other end, creates, edits, and publishes your projects for you.
Macaly on WhatsApp knows every project from the web app. A project you started on your computer is just as easy to reach from WhatsApp. Once the changes are done, the agent sends you a preview link so you can check the result right away.
Don't feel like typing? Send a voice message. You can also send screenshots, reference images, or PDFs through the WhatsApp chat, and the agent will work with them.
Made for everyday website updates
The WhatsApp connection is most useful for the small, everyday changes you'd otherwise have to turn on a computer for:
- A customer messages you about a typo on your pricing page. You fix it on your way to work.
- You're changing your opening hours for a public holiday. You handle the update over lunch.
- A new five-star review comes in. You forward it straight to Macaly's agent, which adds it alongside the others.
This keeps your website up to date. Customers find what they came for: the right prices, the right hours, an offer that still stands, and you don't have to worry about sending them to an outdated content.
How to connect Macaly to WhatsApp
Open Settings in Macaly, go to the Connections tab, choose WhatsApp, and scan the QR code with your phone. Then send the pre-filled message, and your accounts are linked. You'll find the full setup steps in our documentation too.
Your website should keep up with your business, not fall behind because of changes that seem too small to deal with. With the WhatsApp connection, no change is too small or too complicated. It's just a message.
