# Zoom

> Connect Zoom to your Macaly account

Zoom is a video conferencing platform for meetings, webinars, and online collaboration. Connect your account once and the agent can schedule and manage meetings directly, or use Zoom to power booking pages and webinar registration inside your project.

## Why connect Zoom

* **Create a meeting the moment someone books.** Build a booking page where clients pick a time, and the agent schedules the Zoom meeting and shows them the join link instantly.
* **Let visitors register for webinars on your site.** Pull your upcoming Zoom webinars into a landing page and let people register right there.
* **Manage meetings from the chat.** Schedule a call, pull a recording link, or check who attended without opening Zoom.

## What you need

* A **Zoom account**. Create one for free at [zoom.us](https://zoom.us)
* A Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan for meeting summaries, webinars, and parts of reporting

## Connect Zoom to Macaly

    Go to **Settings → Integrations** in your Macaly workspace.

  <Step title="Connect Zoom">
    Find the Zoom card in the list of apps and click the **Connect** button.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize your account">
    A new window opens, where you'll be asked to sign in to Zoom. Once you approve access, you'll be redirected back to Macaly.

## Use Zoom from the chat

Once connected, describe what you want and the agent handles the rest.

Create a meeting when someone books:

Build a booking page where clients pick a time and the agent
creates a Zoom meeting and shows them the join link.

Let visitors register for webinars:

I'm building a webinar landing page. Pull my upcoming Zoom
webinars and let visitors register right from the page.

Manage meetings directly:

```
Schedule a 30-minute Zoom meeting called "Team sync" for tomorrow
at 10am and give me the join link.
```

List my Zoom meetings this week and pull the recording links for
the ones that already happened.

## What the agent can do in Zoom

Create, update, and cancel meetings, list webinars and register attendees, fetch cloud recordings and meeting summaries, pull participant lists and usage reports, and create and organize whiteboards.

## Good to know

* **You connect once.** Every project in your workspace reuses the same Zoom connection.
* **Some features need a paid Zoom plan.** Meeting summaries, webinars, and parts of reporting require a Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan.
* **Your account, your control.** The agent only acts when you ask it to. You can disconnect Zoom anytime from **Settings → Integrations**.
