# Billing & invoices

Manage your subscription and payments for the active workspace. Open **Billing** from your profile menu in the top-right corner.

For available plans and a comparison of what's included, see [Plans and credits](/en/welcome/pricing).

The Billing page has two tabs.

## Plan & credits

* See your current plan and credits remaining, including when they reset.
* Upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
* Purchase additional credits with the **Add credits** button (Pro plan only).
* Use the **currency selector** in the top-right to choose whether you are billed in **USD**, **EUR**, or **CZK**.
* Click **Manage** to update your payment method, view billing details, or cancel your subscription.

  You can freely change your billing currency before you start a subscription. If you already have an active subscription, [contact support](mailto:support@macaly.com) and the team will switch it for you.

To switch from Pro to the Hosting plan, click **Manage**, select **Cancel subscription**, and choose Hosting before your plan is cancelled.

## Invoices

View and download your billing history. Each invoice can be downloaded individually as a PDF.

## Frequently asked questions

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel my subscription?">
    Go to macaly.com/billing, click **Manage** on your current plan, then select **Cancel subscription**. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  <Accordion title="Which currencies can I be billed in?">
    Macaly supports billing in USD, EUR, and CZK. Use the currency selector in the top-right of the Billing page to choose. Your selection sets the currency you are actually charged in, not just how prices are displayed.

  <Accordion title="Can I change my billing currency after subscribing?">
    You can change your billing currency freely before you start a subscription. If you already have an active subscription, [contact support](mailto:support@macaly.com) and the team will change it for you.

  <Accordion title="How do I find my invoices and receipts?">
    Go to macaly.com/billing and click the **Invoices** tab. All past invoices are listed there and can be downloaded individually.

  <Accordion title="Why was I charged more than expected?">
    When you upgrade your plan, you are charged the full price of the new tier immediately, not just the difference. For example, upgrading from \$25/month to \$50/month charges \$50 right away. If you believe a charge was made in error, [contact support](mailto:support@macaly.com). They can process a refund if credits from the upgraded tier have not yet been used.

  <Accordion title="Can I get a refund on a subscription renewal I forgot to cancel?">
    [Contact support](mailto:support@macaly.com) as soon as possible. Refunds for accidental renewals are handled case by case. If you have not yet used the renewed credits, refunds are typically possible. Macaly's refund policy is outlined in Section 7 of the Terms of Service at macaly.com/terms-of-service.

  <Accordion title="Is there a plan just for keeping my site live without editing?">
    Yes. The Hosting plan (\$5/month) keeps your custom domain connected and the Made with Macaly badge hidden. It does not include any AI credits for editing. If you need to make further changes, switch to a Pro plan to get credits.

    **To switch from Pro to Hosting**, click **Manage** on your current plan, select **Cancel subscription**, and choose Hosting before your plan is cancelled.

  <Accordion title="What happens to my custom domain if I cancel my Pro plan?">
    If you cancel Pro and return to the Free plan, your custom domain reverts to the default Macaly URL and the Made with Macaly badge reappears. To keep both, switch to the Hosting plan (\$5/month) — just select it when cancelling your Pro plan.
